CHECK IT OUT!
We were very surprised recently by a visit from our former Children’s Librarian, Marsha Rehkamp, and her husband. They were up here from Virginia to attend a baby shower for their daughter Rachel. It was a grand reunion, with Rosemary telling her all about plans for our “camping” program and how much she used Marsha’s notes and suggestions in developing all our summer activities. “Miss Marsha” began to get a little teary and we knew that in some ways she wished she were still here. The staff has always worked very closely as a team, and when someone leaves we feel as though we’ve lost a member of our family……On another note, Rosemary reported that many kids during her end-of-year school visit said about the library, “I got my kitten there!”
